SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Parallel Season Store. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items. Shipping available to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 7 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Items should be send back in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Final Sales can't be returned or exchange.
